This module was originally used for the Gary Con XIV Gaming Convention in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin as run by game master and author James M. Ward. As the adventurers make their way through “The Broken Road”, they will encounter a variety of challenges and obstacles in a treacherous landscape of the post-apocalyptic Earth. Will the adventurers be able to overcome these challenges together, and complete their mission, or will they succumb to the dangers of the Broken Road, a path long proven deadly?
Note this item is a preorder. It will not ship until an indetermined time in the future. These monies will help us produce and ship the product. As such we will provide a production credit to any that contribute prior to the release of the product. We are a small craft studio, and we don’t have a regular release schedule. We do our best to make our games the best we can. It can be a long process. This module has been in development, and is expected to ship in July of 2024.
We had planned on shipping it in March 2024, but due to his untimely passing have decided to give it another pass to ensure it’s worthy of being the last adventure of one James M. Ward.
It contains loads of original artwork as maps and illustrations, intended to match with our other GiantLands products. Currently at about 60 pages, our goal is to overdeliver.

Description
In the distant future of the 5th Age, a great cataclysm has left Earth in ruin. The once great civilizations of mankind have fallen, and emerging from the destruction is a planet born anew, where giants, mutants, and odd creatures from a multitude of worlds clash in an attempt to claim—or reclaim—the Earth as their own.

This adventure is designed for beginning players using the GiantLands® 1st Edition game. As the game master, or “Spirit Keeper” you can use this adventure as is, or you can modify it to fit the needs of your own campaign. Either way, The Broken Road is sure to provide hours of exciting gameplay for you and your players.
This is a 70 page 8.5x11 standard old school RPG module.
