Privacy Policy

1. Tablet of Destinies: information on your device

Tablet of Destinies performs its readings and astronomical calculations on your device. The current Android app does not require a Wonderfilled account and does not send your consultation history, entered birth date, or saved observer settings to a Wonderfilled account or cloud-sync service.

The app saves the following information in its local app storage:

• Consultation history: up to 100 saved consultation records, including reading details and the observer context used for a reading. That context can include location coordinates, elevation, and time zone.
• Birth date: a date of birth you choose to enter for the app’s birth-date feature.
• Observer settings: latitude, longitude, elevation, time zone, and whether the location was entered manually or obtained from the device.
• Preferences: your selected language.

The current Android release does not include advertising, an analytics or crash-reporting SDK, in-app purchases, or a developer-operated account system.

2. Optional location access

If you choose to use your device’s location, the app requests Android location permission and obtains a one-time location fix to set your observer position. Android may offer approximate or precise location access. The app does not request background location access or continuously monitor your movement. You can enter an observer location manually instead.

The resulting observer settings are saved on your device and can also be included in saved consultation history. Wonderfilled does not receive those settings through an app server. Your operating system and its location providers may process information to provide a location fix under their own privacy policies and your device settings.

You can deny or revoke location permission in Android Settings. Revoking permission stops future permission-based access; it does not erase information already saved in the app. See the deletion instructions below.

3. Website visits and inquiries

Information you provide. If you contact us by email or through the website’s inquiry form, the information you provide can include your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, message, and any other details you choose to send. We use information we receive to respond, discuss projects or services, maintain relevant business correspondence, and handle privacy or support requests.

Technical information. When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers process ordinary request information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information when supplied by your browser, and the date and time of a request. This information supports page delivery, diagnostics, security, and abuse prevention.

Fonts. The studio website loads Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google to request font resources, which can expose your IP address and request information to Google. See Google Fonts and privacy and Google’s Privacy Policy. The current Android app bundles its fonts locally.

4. Cookies, browser storage, and tracking

The current website does not use advertising or analytics scripts or set advertising or analytics cookies. Its Pixie Dust interaction uses pointer position and a score in the current page’s memory; that interaction does not transmit those values to Wonderfilled or save them in persistent browser storage.

Hosting, security, or other service infrastructure may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings.

We do not operate cross-site behavioral tracking on this website or enable third-party advertising or analytics tools to collect personal information about your activity over time and across other websites. The website does not have a separate mechanism that changes its behavior in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal. Google still receives the font requests described above. If you follow external links, those destinations may collect information over time and across services under their own policies. The Android app’s local storage, described above, is used to retain your app records and preferences.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

Website request information is handled by our hosting and infrastructure providers, including Namecheap’s hosting service. Correspondence we receive is handled through our email and related service providers. Authorized people working with Wonderfilled may access relevant correspondence to respond to an inquiry or provide a requested service.

We may disclose information we hold when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or obtain professional advice. If a business reorganization or transfer involves information we hold, its handling remains subject to applicable law and the privacy commitments governing that information.

Your locally stored app records are not shared with those providers by a Wonderfilled cloud-sync or account service. Information you choose to send us separately, such as in a support email, is handled as correspondence.

6. Retention and deletion

App records. Local app records remain on your device until you remove them or clear the app’s storage. Clearing consultation history removes the history, including location snapshots saved with those records, but does not remove your saved birth date or current observer settings. Resetting the current observer location does not erase location snapshots in older history records.

To remove all data saved by this app, use Android Settings → Apps → Tablet of Destinies → Storage → Clear storage/Clear data, or uninstall the app. Menu wording varies by device. The current Android build disables automatic app-data backup. Copies you make outside the app, such as screenshots, must be managed separately.

Information we hold. We retain correspondence and associated business records for as long as reasonably needed to address the inquiry, provide requested services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain necessary business records. Hosting and security logs are retained according to their operational purpose and the applicable provider configuration. Retention varies with the record and any legal requirement.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Wonderfilled, email admin@wonderfilled.games. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law or another applicable exception permits or requires it. We cannot remotely erase records stored only on your device.

7. Your choices and rights

You can choose what to include in an inquiry, enter an observer location manually, decline or revoke location permission, and delete local app data using the controls described above.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a relevant privacy regulator. Contact us at the address above to make a request. Withdrawing permission or consent does not undo processing already lawfully performed.

Where a legal basis is required, we process correspondence to address your requests or provide requested services, and operational information for our legitimate interests in running and securing the website, subject to applicable law. We rely on consent where required, including permission-based access to device location, and may process information to meet legal obligations.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information involved. The website is available over HTTPS. The current Android app keeps the app records described above in local app storage. No storage or transmission method provides an absolute security guarantee.

Website and correspondence information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate, which may differ from your country. We handle that information subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

9. Children

Children under 13 should not submit personal information to us through the website’s inquiry form or by email. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to Wonderfilled, contact admin@wonderfilled.games so we can review the request and remove information where required. Local app information on a child’s device can be removed using the deletion instructions above.

10. External websites and platforms

The website and app can link to services operated by others, including retailers, media platforms, reference sources, and app stores. Opening those destinations makes requests to their services, and information you provide there is governed by their own privacy policies. This policy does not replace the privacy policies of independently operated destinations or of your device and app-store providers.

11. Policy changes and contact

We will publish updates at this URL and revise the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
